1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and sikat88 ("sikat88", "We", "Us", "Our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the sikat88 website located at sikat88.cam and all associated gaming services, tools, and content made available thereon.

4. Personal Account: Accounts must be registered in the User's own name. You may not register or operate an Account on behalf of a third party, nor may you allow any third party to use your Account.

4 Registration & Account Management

4.1 Account Registration

To access the full range of sikat88 gaming services, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. sikat88 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing reasons.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. sikat88 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify sikat88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, sikat88 requires completion of a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This involves submission of government-issued photographic identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport) and, where required, proof of address. sikat88 may request updated KYC documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4.4 Accurate Information

All information provided to sikat88 must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including misrepresenting your identity, age, or residential address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of balances.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

sikat88 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are specified within the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources are not permitted and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

• Your Account has completed KYC verification;
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds have been met in full;
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed any applicable per-transaction or daily withdrawal limit for your Account tier;
• Your Account is in good standing with no open investigations, chargebacks, or disputes;
• The withdrawal is made to a payment method registered in your own name and verified during KYC.

5.3 Currency

6 Bonuses & Promotions

sikat88 offers various bonus and promotional schemes to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any specific terms stated in the relevant promotion:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. sikat88 reserves the right to amend wagering requirements for future promotions at any time.
2. Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at reduced rate or not at all. Applicable contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
3. Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, stated in the relevant promotion. Any unused Bonus Funds and associated pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the sikat88 Platform — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, lottery, arcade, and fishing games — are governed by the specific rules of each respective game as displayed within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, sikat88's decision shall be final. Bets placed on events that are subsequently voided, abandoned, or rescheduled will be settled according to the relevant market-specific rules displayed at the time of bet placement. Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and all other competitions are subject to the same settlement rules.

7.2 Live Casino

All live casino games are streamed in real time from licensed studio facilities. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled in accordance with the game's recorded outcome at the point of disconnection, provided that a final outcome was determined before the disconnection occurred. sikat88 is not liable for losses arising from User-side technical failures.

7.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round, sikat88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the User's Account. Payouts resulting from a demonstrable malfunction are not valid and will not be honoured.

8 Responsible Gambling

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Account. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Users may configure periodic on-screen reminders displaying time spent and amount wagered during active sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sikat88 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

1. Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform (multi-accounting);
2. Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information;
3. Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any form of financial fraud;
4. Exploiting software vulnerabilities, using automated betting tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
5. Engaging in coordinated bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or other promotional manipulation;
6. Coluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
7. Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the Platform's software or content;
8. Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party;
9. Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith without first contacting sikat88's support team;
10. Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable Malaysian law or the laws of any other applicable jurisdiction.

10 Suspension & Termination

sikat88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms by the User;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Chargebacks initiated by the User or their payment provider;
• Discovery that the User is ineligible to use the Platform (e.g., under the age of 21);
• Reasonable belief that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to sikat88 or other Users.

A User may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting sikat88 support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be refunded to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sikat88 shall not be liable to you for any of the following losses or damages, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business, or goodwill;
• Any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss or damage;
• Losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Losses attributable to third-party payment processing errors or delays;
• Losses attributable to any interruption, suspension, or technical failure of the Platform beyond sikat88's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude sikat88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the sikat88 Platform — including but not limited to the sikat88 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, written copy, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of sikat88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without the express prior written consent of sikat88.

13 Privacy & Data

14 Amendments to Terms
